Prior to version 0.9.0, the Java TLS ioctl probe reads user-controlled ioctl pointers with bpf_probe_read instead of bpf_probe_read_user. An instrumented local process can therefore point OBI at kernel memory and cause that memory to be copied into telemetry. This issue has been patched in version 0.9.0."}],"source":{"advisory":"GHSA-fjq3-ffvr-vm46","discovery":"UNKNOWN"}},"adp":[{"references":[{"url":"https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation/security/advisories/GHSA-fjq3-ffvr-vm46","tags":["exploit"]}],"metrics":[{"other":{"type":"ssvc","content":{"timestamp":"2026-06-02T17:47:47.481011Z","id":"CVE-2026-45683","options":[{"Exploitation":"poc"},{"Automatable":"no"},{"Technical Impact":"partial"}],"role":"CISA Coordinator","version":"2.0.3"}}}],"title":"CISA ADP Vulnrichment","providerMetadata":{"orgId":"134c704f-9b21-4f2e-91b3-4a467353bcc0","shortName":"CISA-ADP","dateUpdated":"2026-06-02T17:48:08.218Z"}}]}}
