This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to extract the plaintext API credentials for six third-party services — Giphy, Openverse (client ID and secret), Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash — emitted verbatim into every admin page's HTML via wp_localize_script. The leaked page HTML also contains a valid image_hub_nonce AJAX nonce, which — combined with the absence of any capability check in the image_hub_update_settings AJAX handler — allows the same Subscriber-level attacker to overwrite all six stored API credential options via update_option()."}],"title":"Image Hub <= 1.2.0 - Authenticated (Subscriber+) Sensitive Information Exposure in Admin Page HTML","references":[{"url":"https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/99d1e0cc-1fd0-47f7-8b73-33663ed72eea?source=cve"},{"url":"https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/image-hub/tags/1.2.0/inc/src/MediaModal.php#L38"},{"url":"https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/image-hub/tags/1.2.0/inc/src/MediaModal.php#L19"},{"url":"https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/image-hub/tags/1.2.0/inc/src/Settings.php#L78"},{"url":"https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/image-hub/tags/1.2.0/image-hub.php#L46"},{"url":"https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/image-hub/tags/1.2.0/inc/src/Settings.php#L23"},{"url":"https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/image-hub/tags/1.2.0/inc/src/MediaModal.php#L56"},{"url":"https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/image-hub/tags/1.2.0/inc/src/Utils.php#L11"},{"url":"https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/3745452/image-hub/trunk/inc/src/MediaModal.php"}],"problemTypes":[{"descriptions":[{"lang":"en","description":"CWE-200 Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor","cweId":"CWE-200","type":"CWE"}]}],"metrics":[{"cvssV3_1":{"version":"3.1","vectorString":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:N","baseScore":4.3,"baseSeverity":"MEDIUM"}}],"credits":[{"lang":"en","type":"finder","value":"crow"}],"timeline":[{"time":"2026-10-12T13:32:47.000Z","lang":"en","value":"Vendor Notified"},{"time":"2026-10-15T15:48:52.000Z","lang":"en","value":"Disclosed"}]},"adp":[{"metrics":[{"other":{"type":"ssvc","content":{"id":"CVE-2026-109191","role":"CISA Coordinator","options":[{"Exploitation":"none"},{"Automatable":"no"},{"Technical Impact":"partial"}],"version":"2.0.3","timestamp":"2026-10-16T14:56:18.943819Z"}}}],"title":"CISA ADP Vulnrichment","providerMetadata":{"orgId":"134c704f-9b21-4f2e-91b3-4a467353bcc0","shortName":"CISA-ADP","dateUpdated":"2026-10-16T15:09:39.704Z"}}]}}
